In the binder jetting process, raw material is in the form of powder and binder is deposited selectively by the print head as shown in the above diagram. So the system is composed of two materials consisting on powder and the binder. The powder is spread layer by layer with the help of roller assisted mechanism. To accommodate the next layer powder bed is indexed downward repeatedly and 3D print of part is fabricated.
